size with your face into an incline bench, grab two LIGHT dumbells. Hold them down by your knees initially and raise them forward until your hands are parallel to the floor. Keep resistance on the way back down. Light dumbells.

Ended up saying yolo and just went back to pt. Due to different insurance, I had to go to a new place and had the initial visit where they test everything.

From what I understood, the bursa is inflamed and the supraspinatus tendon and the long biceps tendon are getting boned because of it.

I'm currently doing the I, T, and Y dumbbell lifts.

For anyone who actually cared about my status LOL.

I've never been to PT but I injured my shoulder 4 months ago and it still isn't good.

x Rays came back clean and was told to go to PT.

How is it? Am I going to be bored out of my mind?

Lol what is the goal of this? The answer is yes, I will not accept any responsibility for their vacancies, available positions in my truck and reception at least is not about self preservation.

More than likely. It's interesting to find how your form is incorrect or how weak some of your stabilizer and accessory muscles are though.

Plus it genuinely does make it better.

My thoughts exactly.

You're welcome.

The band pulls are what really helped me.
