Should I take creatine in the morning or in the afternoon?

Should I take it at the exact time every day?

How does food effect creatine absorption?

I take it pre workout.. but i think most people split it up in 2 doses a day.. i dont think it really matters.

You get creatine naturally from meat so idk really.

Knows little to nothing about working out or nutrition.

Posts in my thread to talk shit about my workout program and kettlebells.

Seems legit.

In my experience I only took 5g a day with my preworkout/bcaas

It provided the same results compared to loading that first week and then maintaining.

Just go try different things and see how your body responds. You are different then anyone else. Good luck!

There are a couple different ways, but the loading is only in the beginning, and it's only 20g, not 25, and then 5g/day after that.

Or you can just take 5g/day every day from the start. The process and results are slower this way, but some people feel GI discomfort and bloating from the increased water retention with the 20g loading.
