My best was 135 for 4reps after 4x5 at 115

My bench press has always been shit. I can do maybe 205 x 8, but I can hit the 100 lb DBs on incline for 10. Full ROM.

But he was pretty muscular, but wouldn't be that noticeable if he was wearing regular attire.
Looked like someone in the military or something, wore an American hoodie with flag on it.
When he took it off I noticed that even his brachialis was large. rofl

sort of hard to tell if some1 is in the gym just by looking at them

although a few do stand out lol
