Exams are no excuse. Only yourself to blame

Sometimes it's not the exams themselves, but how your body responds to certain types of stress. Some people literally become fatigued and drained physically/emotionally while others don't. Cloudkicker can probably explain why or why not and I'm actually wrong, lol.

I know there's days where I feel ridiculously tired and don't want to do this or that, let a lone lift. That's why I usually drink preworkout because it becomes a process, once I start it I've got to finish said process, even if I have a terrible workout.

I also think some people have a easier/harder time talking themselves out of doing something. Like it's easier to put things off.

yup, but I bet there has to do with being raised as a child and being allowed to put off certain tasks, and other shit like that, that may make people more likely to follow thru or just stop easily

Yup I agree, or make them worse haha.

I just know for me, personally, if I allow myself some time to think about doing something when I'm feeling tired/lazy, I'll rationalize. "Oh I'll wake up early and hit the gym before work." Doesn't always happen haha. So for me when it's time to go, I just Nike that shit and just do it. The more you think/contemplate the more likely you are to allow yourself an out, an excuse.

i think it has more to do with the fact that some people have strong minds/psychological coping mechanisms where others wallow too easily
