I have the Nike Romaleos and I like them much more than the powerlifts by Adidas. But I like the Adipowers and Romaleos equally.

add the oly shoes...and you likely won't fall back anymore.


im not saying theyre not helpful, and i just realized i misread the post. he just started oly lifting i thought he just started going to the gym all together. so i guess hes lifted before.
