Not being a dick, but there aren't many people here who are your size (if you are honest) that run a vegan diet.
I can tell you about SHIT tons of friends who are exclusively vegan and claim it's better for you, they all look healthy and pretty (typically females and their unlucky husbands/boyfriends who got stuck with a psycho) but they don't actually exercise. I've blocked the majority of their posts from my Facebook. They regurgitate factless info they see role models post, like detox juices for example. They fall more on the spectrum of crazy liberals and just don't want you to kill animals to eat. "THAT COW RAISED SPECIFICALLY TO BE EATEN HAS A SPIRIT, A MOTHER, A FATHER! IT WANTS TO SUCCEED IN LIFE JUST AS BAD AS YOU! COW IS LIFE, COW IS BROTHER"
Can you survive? My basic and brief study of a&p tells me, yes, but the degree of difficult and cost of food I am sure may be more than anticipated.
It's not even about animals. I hunt...
I'm just saying in terms of clarity of mind and such. I've always been on an animal meat diet, I eat a minimum of 300g protein/day.
Wondering if anyone here, from experience, has had experience with switching to an indirect protein diet such as getting protein through beans/grains/nuts and if they seen a tremendous difference in muscle loss, having to train differently etc.
I can just do it and take the risk, might lose a couple lbs of muscle or gain a couple lbs of fat, due to probably shocking my body from diet change.

You're the dipshit bio major who can't figure out a simple question and wants to switch to vegan lol.
My question isn't directed toward science it's asking a question about peoples experiences. I know how nutrients are absorbed..
Don't come in here and spam because you're 130 lbs. Type of kid I throw off my squat rack.
I'll post pics later..not that it's any of your business nor do I have anything to prove. I wear a hoodie when I lift, with the hood up...I don't workout to show off.
