Kid in my highschool, while not as tall, was black and he started playing football and lifting regularly in school.. dude exploded. Hindsight 20/20, he could have been on gear.. but there were lots of big black kids on the football team. To this day, he's big. I have a friend who's half black and played ball up at Michigan. We were both chubby or skinny fat, taller and just bigger than everyone else going through puberty earlier than people. Well, he started lifting a lot sooner than I did and he's now huge. He paints his body green and goes as the hulk for Halloween, huge.
That's just what happens to guys during puberty. I put on 30 lbs over my first two years of university (certainly not lean 30 buy I'm working on that now) and my squat went from probably just under a plate to 3 plates for a few reps in that time. Any young male with normal t will just shoot up in size given good training and recovery
