I limit myself to 2 off days / week and if I am feeling lazy, I use them early in the week, but that also means I HAVE to go the other 5 days in the week.

I took Monday off, went yesterday, and am taking today off already so now I have to go thurs - sun. I post my log as well.

I don't understand this, I have to force myself NOT to go to the gym, sometimes I go in just to do prehab/mobility work cuz i love it so much. Don't you enjoy lifting?

Getting back to at least where I was

personal records: 205/275/315

I'm going to take it easy going back into the groove, probably will just do upper body/lower body splits for a few weeks

4 sets of 115/135/155

What you need to do is prioritize consistency over efficiency.

Meaning, if you have to run a sub-par routine in order to keep you motivated and consistent in the gym then that's what you need to do.

Pick something that intrigues you and stick with it.

it's actually day 1 through 90+ didn't go. Had to have a mod bump this topic because I couldn't post in it as it passed the 3 month inactive threshold
