it's actually day 1 through 90+ didn't go. Had to have a mod bump this topic because I couldn't post in it as it passed the 3 month inactive threshold

What you need to do is prioritize consistency over efficiency.
Meaning, if you have to run a sub-par routine in order to keep you motivated and consistent in the gym then that's what you need to do.
Pick something that intrigues you and stick with it.
