havent body build lifting weights since month or so now becuase trying to cut back and lose fat then cut.

lol cut as in lower weight. higher reps. cutt like not cut weight but to tone.

I'mg lad you stopped lifting bro when you tear down your muscle tissue via weight training it gets replaced by pure fatty deposits that was a smart move you'll never get toned from lifting weights you gotta just starve yourself and not workout working out makes you fat
