so i've finally made a spreadsheet of stuff i'm eating and it looks lik EVERYTHING has more carbs than protein

but to cut i need to take in less carbs and protein according to these calculators

what foods have more protein, are filling and won't blow my calorie numbers?

Most things have more carbs than protein.

Stick to eating meats ofc.

it appears my oatmeal is not as healthy as i thought it was, i have two of these packets in the mornings
