I switch up the degree of the bench from i think 45 to 25? idk theres 2 settings on the bench i use both.. and yeah i do incline after flat and decline so im already a little burnt out. my flat and decline have both gone up significantly.

If you set your incline too high your delts will take over.

I prefer 30 degrees.

Im not gonna argue or critique your routine but personally if you are doing barbell flat bench then i would do incline with DB's or vice versa

Well shit no wonder you went up 10 pounds in a year, you spent all that time doing a worthless movement doing the same reps week in and out.

If you're not responding do something different. Flat bench and build strength (volume workouts and intensity with some basic liner progression) and do some incline DB for extra volume at something like Rpe 7.5-8 for sets of 8.

Lol flat, decline then incline on chest days. No wonder no gains on incline.

You need more muscle confusion

sometimes the weight doesnt go up because u improve ur form

145 incline and 185 flat doesnt seem that off, could it be that u were doing half reps or some shit like that at the beginning and now its better?
