I still don't see a connection between your post and the abs title. I suggest you move back to full body for another 5 months if that's what you mean by foundation.
If abs are all you're after, treat them like every other bp - 3x/week and progressive overload.

Want abs? Eat clean, do your hanging leg raises, and be persistent. Comes in time. As lightman said, hit em multiple times a week.

If youre after a program, i like wendlers 5/3/1, worked wonderfully for me. Although i tweaked it just a tad for my own personal sake.

Am I too weak to start Wendler's 5/3/1?
Seems like a great program. Should I keep 5x5 for a while until I get to a decent weight?

Thnx

I just want more muscle all around. I know abs is initiated in alost all movements. Just listed my weights for your convenience.

would stick to 5x5 as long as you make good progress. no point in switching to 5/3/1 if 5x5 still works well

My calves are absolutely aesthetic af. Only part of my body that I get compliments on. Never a fan of huge legs. I feel my upper body isnt large enough yet to proportion out my if my legs increase.

If you include cutting then 1 year but if you mean strictly bodybuilding then about 5months. Want to be able to deadlift 600, stay under 164.5lb (end goal) with less than 10% body fat. Basically lean with visible abs.

I feel that my maintenence is 2100. I Know I'm able to cut down easily at a steady pace if I eat 1700. Tried eating 2300 but I stayed the same. I simply can't eat over 2600 anymore, feel like vomiting after eating 1300 in one sitting.

any bodybuilding or powerlifting programs I should look into?
I know I shoulster add more for my arms but Im only able to lift 4-5times a day during a normal week. Want to make the most out of them.

Just started taking 3mg of creatine. I skip out on days I don't exercise. Should I even take it considering I just started lifting?

If you don't do legs, you'll never achieve this... but good luck mate.

Have been doing 5x5 lately. Checked my monthly progress and pretty pleased. Gained 2pounds so far (tested after exams so little food and low water)

Haven't lifted in a bit but 295 was my deadlift max
135 bench (3reps..weak)
115 front skwaaats
95 5x5 OHP
55lb dumbbell shoulder raise

So far been doing 5x5 like 80-90% of my max.

Want to hit 300 by on deadlift so bad.
I can see the dad bod sort of abs coming in. Pretty fat over the spring break so far.

Thnx for all the comments

as far as creatine goes.... I try to get a scoop in per day but skip out every once in a while. Heard things like I need to use it daily for 3 weeks to see the effect???

Goal of 600 deadlift is long long LONG gone haha. I'll be happy at 400lb. Kind of want to get a booty tho so idk...
