Depends on your MRV (maximum recoverable volume) and how you setup your split. I'd say it's possible to train everyday whenever you are elite or novice but you would not do the same thing.

I currently train 6 days a week but If I had time I'd train everyday and multiple times a day. Just wouldn't do the same thing over and over.

yeah my split was the only reason it was possible

Chest/Tris
Bi's/shoulders
Legs
back/shoulders

and then repeat right away. and id do core everyday.

That wolf body is a huge troll lol

i only train 5 days a week because of schedule i wish i could do 6-7. But if you do train 7 days a week you should take a few days off every now and then.

Probably not a good split tbh but if you post your whole routine we could help you.

Lol whats wrong with that? Not really asking for help on my lifts or anything. I am getting really nice gains

For my routine... i just crush each body part i just hit every part with as many excerices.

Hitting shoulders 3 times in 4 days depending on which exercise you have chosen.

i usually just throw an abs and core only day in there too.. ik what ur saying. split works well tho
