i really fucked up my back doin DLs once.. with my warm up weight too.. poor form + DL = snap city

Oh hell no I won't be doing DLs any time soon, I'll stick to back extensions. I don't even enjoy doing them, but unfortunately I have to.

When I work with ~ 75 kids from football I do teach them deadlift but I do them light weight and focus on form. The one who use the most weight is working with 225 lb.

The 17 years old I coach went from 370 to 500 with the deadlift squat 295-440+ and bench 205-275 in 1 year. :p

Oh and another thing, i had increased the weight, i would do some 10lbs plate on both sides and increased it to 25lbs even though I still felt my lowerback working out with the 10lbs.
