To me all those things are a waste of money its not about being cheap. I just drink one cup of coffee around workout time. Thats my total caffeine intake in a day. I'm not reliant on it, not knocking those who are, I just think its a bit disgusting that people fall for all that marketing behind a lot of supplements.
well ec stack is like $5 a month and really works well on a cut literally cheaper than coffee
