pick up an ab wheel/roller whatever theyre called. Theyre nice

also try doing like sets of 5x25 or 4x30. I noticed for me, personally for abs i have to do high reps

it's a matter of time for me. I had visible upper abs for over like 3/4 years, and went nearly fucking crazy because still couldn't pop lower section. Time mate, time.
Fat is another factor, but it's pretty obvious.
