Can anyone help me with this

I'm just looking for a good workout plans that will give me big calves, legs, shoulders, abs, arms and all that other stuff. Just wanting to look good to be honest and be strong at the same time for my weight at least

I want to get lean and look good, because while I'm doing that I'll be getting stronger also.

I can help you cut but let me get this straight...you're 200lb and deadlift 245?? That seems very odd.

I cut down rapidly with no real muscular foundation and it doesn't look too good. I'd recommend building more muscle a bit while slowly decreasing the calories and eating whole foods. This should help a bit but I don't think youre strong enough to completely cut down and show abs. Idk but from what I hear you'll need to be stronger and start doing bodybuilding movements if you haven't already.

This is a broscience tip but you should be able to bench your weight and DL double your weight if you want to be considered athletic.
So if you cut down you'll lose muscle and end up looking skinny fat. Then possibly have to bulk up again because you overestimated your muscles.

Also idk your height so if you're like 6'4 (like every online user ever) then at 200 you're fine. But if you're like 5'9 then you'll need to drop ALOT of fat and weight to get lean

Take my advice for whatever it's worth because I'm in the same situation as you (after cutting) and this is what I would do differently. Except 200 lb is too much for me and I'd cut down to a workable weight like 165 then get strong af for 165 then cut down

I noticed you listed macros per meal.... that's highly unrealistic to do unless you're packagING every single meal. Why not just use myfitnesspal?

Possibly do this

2000
180 prot
70g fat
400g carb?

I have no idea. I'm taking a literal dump here
