stop eating and taking the supplements. eat more fiber like brown rice, and vegetable. drink plenty of water. maybe lay off the citrus but i doubt thats the problem.

too much citrus --> ulcers (my friend ate whole lemons as a child and then started getting ulcers. coincidence?)

with only that information its like an extremely poor conclusion.....

no offense, but theres so many other possibilities and things that could have been factored in

lol ofc I'm not being scientific. it was my friends conclusion regardless, hence why he doesn't eat lemons anymore lulz.

citrus does affect your teeth enamel though (I get sensitive teeth when I drink lemon water).

cut back on vit c intake. too much vit c = loose stool



no sense in masking an issue you're causing
