Most of my cardio comes from Jui Jitsu practice but ill occassionally go on a bike or row machine. Tried a rope pulldown machine a few times and it gives some solid arm muscle fatigue as well as cardio.
I think I'm going to give the row machine a shot. I've never been able to do high volume workouts in the weight room...always have had poor lifting endurance, and am kind of worried that the row machine would make me need another day of rest before back day.
I typically play basketball for cardio though. Just practice dribbling, lol
