i've done it for a long time unintentionally..i normally am not hungry until the evening, so it isn't uncommon for me to not eat until like 5 or 6 in the afternoon..i've actually been trying to get myself to eat more often instead

this works really well for my body, don't eat after 8PM then don't eat until noon. If you're fat this should work really well in conjunction with some exercise

Doesn't seem that hard to do, in fact apparently I do it already after reading about it.

I don't eat after 8pm but I do eat a protein with oats milkshake first thing in the morning (Anywhere from 9-11am). If I don't, I feel sore, weak and like shit.

I'll either have another protein shake or some chicken breasts, gym, then dinner at around 6pm, then I'm done for the day.

I did it for a few months. Honestly if you're cutting, it's probably the most efficient and you'll see results quickest. I ate on a 6 hour eating window. Got up at 5am, worked from 6-2pm, but I started eating at 1pm until 7pm. The only bad part is that if you're not busy, it blows... And you're going to be really hungry when you first start because your body is use to eating. Also you have to make sure to get all of the calories in because most people will end up under eating on IF or they will eat outside of their window, which defeats the purpose of it. If you're bulking then I'd advise not using IF on a short window unless you don't care to eat a little dirty, because it's really hard to get all of the calories in during your window. Also if you lift in the mornings, it can be a little tiresome to lift fasted the first few times. I was on 2,200 calories when I did it.

Tl;dr version: if you're cutting, it's pretty godly. If you're bulking, I'd avoid. If you have any other questions feel free to ask :)

I've never tried...I can't stand feeling hungry or lethargic. I need to eat smaller meals every 3-4 hours with snacks in between

A friend does this. He will punch in 3000-3500 calories from the space of 6pm-9pm. He says it makes he sleep better (presuming food coma) and says since his body has adapted can sustain for long periods of time.
