Do you people have that shit frequently?? lol I guess you would get used to it after a while. Doesn't seem healthy to go through that frequently tho.. had it one time and it was legitimately terrifying

Only had it once, but 3 x in the same night

Couldnt move, felt like i was being crushed, felt like hands were around my neck choking me - couldnt breathe. Extremely loud buzzing noise in my ears too

Edit: genuinely still think it was a ghost, not simply sleep paralysis (srs)

Only had 2-3 experiences of feeling like I'm fully awake but not being able to move at all, never had any of the other stuff people get.

Seems like it'd be completely fucked.
