have you tried different kinds of food, one at a time?

IMO go see dr house. either you'll enter the hospital from food poisoning and leave with cancer or you'll die on the operating table. either way it's a...hm. what's the opposite of win-win?

do peanuts cause the same problem? or just peanut butter?

Never eat just peanuts, I'd imagine so.
I've tried numerous brands of peanut butter though, including 'Natural' all causes bloating.

I may have IBS and peanut butter in bigger amounts brings it out?

I used to eat peanut butter all the time.

Recently, it bloats me to the extreme where I'm laying down in pain, went to the doctors about it already.

I still would but my wife strongly suggests me not having it due to the harm it causes me.

You can always try doing it on your own, if you are sure about not having peanut allergy. Try getting packed peanuts, without salt. My girl used to mix ~400g of them, pre baked, with some oil base and natural honey (about 2 spoons) and it came out to be epic, but it might take few tries. I can ask her later about it.

I tried it with rice and same thing.

Wife tried to put it into like a Peanut butter chicken with rice dish and still bloated.

I'll try this. I haven't messed around with peanuts in a while. It does take quite a bit though... Couple huge tablespoons of PB to cause it. Since I've stopped eating peanut butter from the jar after workouts or to get my fat macros in (pretty hard to get unless I soak my chicken in canola oil) I haven't bloated.

I have a colonoscopy here soon, I'm only 22 but I seem to be having issues.. [Bowel movements]

Anyways, I don't want to steal OP's thread, if possible, think the solution is to go see a doctor for OP.

absolute nonsense. b12 is no problem for vegetarians, and for vegans, most soy products are fortified with b12.
