I progress better on DL/Squat.

Chest seems to be slower.

Think about how big those muscle groups are I bet the % increase is nearly on par with them .

Was able to bench today after 1.5 months of no chest work due to shoulder injury

1RM today was 185.
That shoulder still 'fatigues' early into a set.

No pain, will see how it feels tomorrow.

Looks completely normal for someone relatively new to lifting.

Your bench is the best because youve been benching since the first time u set foot in the gym

Your squat sucks cos you are still learning, you are most likely stronger than that but dont have the squat form down enough to give you the confidence to go heavier

Deadlift is far easier than squat to 'just lift it' so your dead is a better representation of your strength than your squat is

'Most' people hitting 225 / 315 / 405 bench squat dead at the same time is so wrong. Its different for everyone and as i said before, many people will bench 225 before even beginning to squat or deadlift

So I was doing incline DB press, lower weight than usual, I think 60lb db's and because of the lower weight, maybe I relaxed on my form which lead to me locking out.

I locked out, and while locked out my left shoulder kind of like jolted with the DB still in hand.... It was weird, caused no pain but I knew something was up so I stopped...
Tried to lift afterwards (Before xrays because it didn't hurt or anything and I had full ROM) but the grinding/empty feeling/fatigue I couldn't continue.

Since then, my shoulder feels empty, like it's hallow inside.
It constantly grinds if I tighten shoulder/arm at 90 degrees and do a circle motion, kind of like if I'm about to punch someone like a Rockem Sockem Robot.

Recently [5 weeks after the injury and not working out], if I put my arm behind my back to put on a long sleeve shirt, it hurts.
My xrays just came back clean but PT was recommended.
Issue has not been determined, PT would probably determine what's wrong and how to fix.

It seems to be getting better now. Starting to feel like something is there inside my shoulder, less grinding throughout the day but grinds a lot during/post workout.

sounds a bit different than mine

mines pain that is constantly there all day

been having this on and off for over 2 years

but it finally got to the point where like you, i was having extreme issues one day doing very low weight dumbell chest press on flat bench.

i do have grinding and popping noises every now and then with some movements like you, but i can also just force the grinding or popping and immediately it sort of relieves pressure, but then like 1 hour later i noticed the pain is much more extreme if i just did that a few times prior
