160gish fat if I did the math right.

You may want to lower your fat and increase your protein/carbs.

Yeah I was thinking I need to remove some dairy and add chicken/tuna and pasta. It's hard to get my diet right because I work 7 days a week and don't spend much time at home.

153 g fat

180 g protein

225 carb

id say 180 g protein good enough, depends on weight but for the most part thats decent. it is more difficult to eat healthier foods when bulking, but can still be done of course. alot easier to just add fats lol

This is an excuse. You won't reach your full potential or most goals until you get rid of these. If you want it, make it happen.

why would you waste your calories on that much fat.... who told you to get 150g+ fat every day?

eat some potatoes instead
