did i do math wrong or is that under 1500 calories? seems very low

taking a rough guess, so u say u lost like 6 to 8 lbs probably in 24 days? around 2lbs a week

thats possible but gotta be fukin strict at that point

It's hard, I did fasted cardio along with a fat burner.

Dedication is key :)

I plan to do the same in March or April I haven't decided yet.

Got any idea of the name of this machine?

Because nearly all machines advertised to read BF% are bogus. Even the machines I used in my university while studying Kinesiology weren't able to provide consistent measurements.

Went from 206 to 190 even even stooped as low as 188.


As far as the machine name I have no idea. I was excited to get it done for free lol. I'll ask the next time I'm at the gym and keep you posted.

I lost a 0 after the 6 in fat when editing :(

Usually 1800-1900 calories

so u are at least 6 ft tall then or have been lifting a decent amount of time with decent muscle mass

otherwise im calling bullshit on ur "machine" that did the bf test

how tall r u lol...

and according to that, u lost over 4 lbs a week... yeah thats not all fat then
