Protein and Unsaturated fats and fibers will make you feel full. When cutting, I go for around 6g fat, 215g protein, 125g carbs. If I throw in cardio, my carbs will go up.
I tend to eat most of my carbs first thing in the morning or before working out.
Complex carbs such as wheat pasta will make you feel more full.
Just keep track of your macros[calories], exercise, and you will lose fat. If you don't, you probably have to lower the calories.
did i do math wrong or is that under 1500 calories? seems very low
