also cloud, thinking cause every time he moves needle up and down while its under the skin, u cant perfectly go back down the tissue in the same pathway u made with the needle

like each time inserting the needle, u destroy tissue as the needle passes through, so if u take it up then push it in again, ur just tearing all the up.

you probably do destroy some tissue but you also push it to the side, tissue is fairly plastic in that sense, it will deform and reform around a syringe to some degree

oh really i wasnt aware of that

i always thought u sort of cut through it. like u puncture a hole in the surface of ur skin, it doesnt reform. it heals over time. i assumed muscle and other stuff was similar. interesting. also i feel like the first puncture of a needle is the most painful. once its in, its not as painful as it moves down, as long as its not wiggled like that shit lol

youd be amazed at the length of the needles ive had in various muscles. muscle tissue doesn't seem to be too sensitive to the sorts of mechanical stimulus applied by a needle. we use tungsten needles to do some emg work and its essentially a long acupuncture needle with a plated wire connector at the blunt end and once it gets through the skin you can poke it right through muscle, really deep and not feel much at all. it hurts when you prick a nerve of course but other than that muscle tissue is pretty nonresponsive to fine sensation

or what if u accidentally pass through a vein or just knick one, those can hurt too and often releases bit of blood when needle is removed even if there was not much pain, random blood spurts are always creepy

its not that dangerous as far as i know to knick a vein, other than seeing a bit of blood spout

but what about nerve? if u hit a nerve fuk yea pain, but isnt that sort of dangerous? like loss of feeling in the area?

he reuses the same needle so many times? each time tip penetrates, i thought it dulls a bit and that has to hurt.... i feel like at many points he can easily hit bone? wouldnt bone hurt a fukton to hit with a needle?

ive been thinking about this for my shoulder but holy shit, id ask for some numbness injected into shoulder first, dafuk, i would fidget around and move just cause and spasm like twitch my shoulder due to a fukin needle so often ....

he like bobs the needle up and down as it goes in too ?

Dear Sir: I am Dr. Juan Vargas, I live and practice medicine in the Dominican Republic. I have been trained by Dr Hauser, and practicing Prolotherapy since 2 years ago. I need to clarify that we never reuses the same syringes or needles, and that we always follow the good clinical practices with our patients. You need to understand that we need to go to the enthesis, that its the fibroendinous union, because this is the only way that the ligaments and tendons heals. Obviously, that it produces some discomfort, because we are not shooting a wall but a human being. But how are we going to delivered the healing substances to the joint, muscles, ligaments and tendons, if its not getting to that deeply areas. Prolotherapy have more than 90% of efficacy (7 of each 8) with that procedure.
So sorry for being disagree with you!

Another aspect is that the skin is cleaned with chlorhexidine and injecting 5-10 spots with the same needle does not cause harm to the patient. Note also that an anesthetic cream is placed on the skin prior to the injections and there is anesthetic in the solutions. Do the injections hurt? Yes but the pain relief obtained by Prolotherapy is remarkable. As one patient put it 'short term pain to obtain a lifetime of pain relief'

It is done this way in many places.... needles dull but very little and it rarely matters because:

there's an image somewhere showing how dull an actual needle gets with uses

after 3 or so uses , the tip is bent slightly and dull as fuck. do not reuse needles.

found it

that needle in that video is probably different then most standard ones, but you can tell it doesn't go in a smooth as it should. as for hitting the bone part, i'm sure he's done this more then he can count.
