When you inhale it hurts more?
It's a very tight muscle across your chest, nothing you can do about it.
If you want to, stretch very carefully by extracting shoulder blades or focus on filling your longues with air.
Stay away from chest exercises for 4 days and you're good to go.
It lasted 2-3 days with me. Thought it was something in my heart as well.
