Highest we have are 160 :(

I'm just doing more reps with the 115's. I'll get comfortable with 12 reps then move to 140. Big ass jump but I've done worse lol.

Or you could learn how to properly barbell bench

why is everybody here such a hater.. do your own damn thing and let him do his.. who gives a fuck if he uses DB or the bar.. yall prolly jus mad cuz you cant get the 115s up.

he posted an excuse for not doing an exercise. his excuse clearly shows he is performing said exercise incorrectly. it is the internet, of course people are gonna call him out on a bs excuse lol. that being said 115s for 8 is impressive
