If I were you, I would bulk until 225 and cut to 205-210

You will look beefy, and healthier in my opinion.

If you can up your workout days to 5 days a week, 1-1.5 hours per session

Some people swear by 45 minute workouts but I enjoy 1.5 hours, you get a lot of shit done and feel accomplished at the end of the day.
