Do you think that's the solution to the long run through? I am going on the assumption you're hoping it will help you out of a slump (tiredness). What's your daily eating like? There is very likely a cheaper solution that can be used over a lifetime rather than some short term boosts.

Valid point.. I guess it is to see if I can get out of this lazy slump I'm in.. my eating habit is bad I guess I just wish I had more energy to do shit

Get the eating down, as far as a sustainable stimulant I personally take one caffeine pill before exercise (200mg), could just be a placebo at this point but it's 7 bucks for 100 tablets so it lasts a few months for very cheap.

But fix your diet first, will likely help with the weight loss once you get a grip on on your food intake
