For skullcrushers make sure you aren't bringing the bar to your forehead when doing them
You want to stretch your arms out and put the weight on your tricep so therefore when your bringing the weight down it should end up just above your head
Most people when doing this they push the bar up as if they were benching the bar and just start going ham on the extension which puts all of the weight on your elbows
Lift it up, dont lock your elbows as soon as you bring it up, bring it to the top of your head

Dont lock elbows immediately
Shoulders back
Tricep pump
