I worked 30+ hours a week and was going to school full time for electrical engineering and I barely had time for homework/sleep during the week let alone working out. Didnt help that one of my jobs was 3am-7 am tues-sat. wakeup-work-school-work-homework/sleep, for awhile I tried sneaking working out during an hour I had between classes but after awhile I realized it wasnt worth it for the 20-30 minutes of lifting id get on whatever equipment was open.

Easily the worst period in my life, but had to do it in order to afford school without taking out private loans.

I worked full time (40 hrs) while going to school full time (13+ credits) and still had some time for the gym. Ironically I would go to the gym more often during the semester than during breaks due to me keeping a strict schedule. So it's more than possible when going to school and working.

i have two jobs and school as well, but i still try and find time for the gym.

Tips to keep gains tho would be do pushups, bodyweight/one leg squats, crunches in your spare time/when you wake up

Just do whatever you can in your spare time basically, if you got a dumbell work the bis and tris

ask raynor dude works like 20 hour days 7 days a week and still goes to the gym...

I just worked 28 days straight, some days with 18 hour work days, and as little as 2 hours sleep (never over 6) and i still managed to go 3 days/week and gain strength..
