It took like 3 weeks of uncomfortable practice/training but it's been 13 months now and I only poop in the mornings. Sometimes though I'll poop for 15 mins and think I'm done so I go walk around and then the rest of the shit sinks to the opening and I got round 2 for 15 mins lol.
The only tough part is I cannot afford to wake up late ever because I literally cannot leave my house without shitting 2-3x

I eat two shakes where I am for 1.5-2k cal (breakfast & around 3pm or whenever I'm home), then I eat 3-4 meals between 750-1000 calories plus I eat dense snacks like homemade trail mix. Everything I eat is cooked from scratch and wholesome, well-balanced foods.
I can't stop cardio because I'm an elite endurance athlete training to set a speed record on a hike. Record is 5.5 days I'm ISO less than 4.
And yes, you can gain weight while doing cardio... Not sure if you're familiar with how weight gain works but when calories in>calories out you gain weight.
I never burn more than 7k on my most intense days but average 4.5-5.5k calories a day so 7k a day should give me some gains.
Asking for shake recipes, not interested in your ignorance.

I'm asking for shake recipes because making it from scratch is cheaper than buying a bunch of powders. Mass gainers are way OP and don't meet my calorie needs. Most of the good ones I see only offer 10-15 servings per container and each serving is like 1k calorie or less and costs $50+
Idk about healthy hormone regulation, am I fucking myself up drinking lots of milk? I do 1/2-3/4 gallon a day sometimes I fucking love milk.

Mass gainers are way op for the small amount of servings they give you. That's why I'm doing my own shakes. Can't afford $50 on jar of powder with 10-15 servings of ~1k cals.
