your eblows shake during squat, sorta weird

maybe he's tryna hold the weight with his arms more than letting it rest on his shoulders, would be my guess

A video I watched said to grab bar tight and pull elbows in line with body and then with grip try to pull bar outwards.

I think keeping chest up is definitely something to work on. Not sure how but I'll try.

example of how I deadlift.
lots of leg drive, explosiveness and not holding his breath for a long time like you are

as far as the head position on squats, ask someone else.

Bruh

Most peoples form breakdown is only visable when the weights get heavier

Do a couple reps at 80% of your max

for both squat and deadlift look up as you do the lift, not down. It will help maintain proper posterior chain tension and form, especially when lifting heavy. It helps keep your back straight without having any part of your back rounding or having your hips rock back due to a lack of mobility, which in turn will cause your back to round. It helps prevent "butt wag"

Thanks for tips everyone.

Will try adjusting the following:
- head position on squat and deadlift (looking straight ahead on squats and slightly down on deadlifts)
- feet position on squat - will try hip width or wider
- using leg drive on deadlift
- positioning shoulder over the bar on deadlift (I think my shoulders were in front of bar) - this should help get hips lower

Oh and really important: getting my breathing under control
