Do some exercises for shoulder health / mobility.

Make sure to extract your shoulderblades so you only push from your chest.

Stay away from the exercise for a week or so.

See a doctor if it continues.

If you can't do 80lbs for 20 reps don't do 90 lbs for 4 reps

Nah its actually solid advice that most doctors and physio will give you. Lower weight with more reps is better than higher weight for lower reps.
