I care about aesthetics and fitness levels but have never enjoyed working out, apart from a few things. As a result I never have a consistent gym routine, it's always a month here or there which isn't great for gains and I've stalled at 170 for ages.
I was thinking of starting boxing to find some enjoyment in fitness and act as an extra source of motivation in getting a routine. Anyone have any experience with boxing or something similar? I have no idea where to start, how demanding it is, whether it would be too exhausting to keep a weightlifting schedule in tandem with it, etc
Boxing is one of the best workout routines there is and it's very demanding.
