Are you sure your collarbone is coming out more, or are you just getting upper chest gains showing more?

well is it the bone thats sore or is it a muscle attached to the bone? surely you can tell whether or not it is the bone thats sore. if you're benching improperly you could be irritating/damaging the two joints i mentioned. it could just be a sore bit of muscle but its up to you to be able to tell the difference

ye dude when i squat my knees pop out and become all swollen and they hurt like a bitch, when i bench my elbows bend sideways and hurt like hell

tldr joint pain is not an indicator of a good workout, just means ur form is fucked or youre overusing a movement, inflammation n1

i guess the inflammation started when i started working my chest out twice a week.. so i should probably stop doing that

u only wanna hit a bodypart twice a week if u want to concentrate more on that specific muscle

if the pain is worse during/after workouts, reduce frequency temporarily

2x a week should not be a problem with proper form, make sure the weight is appropriate and the movement is smooth and controlled

i mean u could do that but would be excessive usually just on bodyparts lacking and that u want to make grow faster.
