Yes. On the fourth rep, I went down too fast and never came back up. I managed to get out from under it before I ripped my entire left front delt. Fucked my front delt for a long time

I was at my absolute strongest bench when i was hitting crazy heavy dips though.
Now, I never really go above 2 plates and maybe a 25. I think there are better exercises to go that heavy on without risking injury.
