I personally feel like I saw way more growth in my lats with hypertrophy oriented lat pulldown sets than I saw with pullups.

could be cuz one u can adjust the weight

not only reason but part

u can better target rep and weight ratio with lat pulldown


can add weight to pullups but its sorta more annoying

weighted poolups are the most miserable lifts ever
but they sure do work
