I don't have access to a trainer anymore, I changed gyms. It's a whole lot cheaper, the problem is the amount of machines available because there are a bunch of people that go there and do a butt load of sets, so you have to wait a good amount of time to get to use the bench press, or the benches for any dumbell workout.
