Aiight aiight thanks for the feedback, I was expecting this to be shit, a man can always dream.

These are the workouts I got from a personal trainer at a gym http://imgur.com/a/aUQiA it goes as day 1, day 3 and then day 2.

I had to change the first workout routine (which are the 2 first pictures) day 2 was really hard to do because there would be a lot of people at the gym.

I believe going to a gym and doing calisthenics contradicts eachother a bit, but you're a beginner so it's alright.
Since you're going to a gym and have access to a "trainer", who not take full use of it?

I don't have access to a trainer anymore, I changed gyms. It's a whole lot cheaper, the problem is the amount of machines available because there are a bunch of people that go there and do a butt load of sets, so you have to wait a good amount of time to get to use the bench press, or the benches for any dumbell workout.

u said gyms alot cheaper

but super packed


so u got 2 options.

1) go at different time, when less packed

2) pay more for less packed gym, alot are prob going cause so cheap

Ok real talk though, I want to get ripped. I weight 175 lbs and I am 5'8". Should I do more reps less weight or more weight less reps with 3 sets?
