Those are all multi muscle, multi joint movements lol

Delts idk what you'd call it, but lean forward with head on the back of an incline bench so my chest is almost parallel with the floor. spread arms, raise them like a reverse fly with my pinkys facing outwards.

Back deads/pullups

Chest bench/flies/closegrip dumbbell raise

Biceps close grip/wide grip preacher curl

Triceps push down/skull crusher

Legs wtf are legs?

seated barbell overhead press
Back

bottom 1/4 of flat bench movement (keep it in that area for 4-8 reps heavy)
Biceps
standing cable curls
Triceps
close grip bench press high reps 8-15
Legs
15-20 rep heavy leg press
