Did bulgarian training 2 years ago.
13squat sessions/week combined with full time work.
Works well if you don't go full retard on your workouts.

I wouldn't try it personally. I find for me that it heightens my potential for injury WAY too much. I start to pull muscles easily if they aren't rested enough after weight training. Perhaps it's just me/the way that I train though. idk...

I always wait for the holidays. Don't sleep more than 5-7 hours per day. And in holiday it goes upto 10 hours.
