Went and got X-rays, turns out it was due to an untreated case of Chlamydia a sloot passed to me.
Took the treatment, less than a month later it was back to normal.
I was also told that occasional a build up of sperm can cause a lump (not sure if true).
Either way, get that shit looked at, but don't sweat it, more common than you think.
You had a lump on your testi from chlamydia? I had it once, but didnt acquire a lump.. only discharge although i discovered the discharge like ~2 days after being with the girl so luckily i discovered it in the early stages
the doctor gave me this drink that flushes out bacteria in your body ( i forgot what its called ) then i was back to normal
