That is around 30-50 each per game (45-60 minutes)
Is this frying me? I play on average like 3 games a night during the week and my days off upwards of 5.
I thought it might help me keep my gains even while being a nerd.
I also go to the gym 6 days a week ( mon wed fri are my lifting days, abs 4 times a week, running every day but sunday)
And while we are on it, any good workout plans ? I enjoy high reps, hypertrophy makes me feel good the day after.
