Besides that shake, im honestly not sure how many calories i consume. Probably around 1 - 1.5k. I know i need to eat more.
Well that would depend, I am the type of person that cannot lift on a full stomach, so for me taking half of that before would not be an option. I think you would be better off taking other things pre workout as opposed to this, but it depends on what is available to you. I would maybe break this up and take half of it with your breakfast and half of it post workout, if possible.
