eat more real whole food. practice makes perfect. vegetables with every meal sneak them in. you dont need supplements its a scam. eat, be consistent the gains will come. pre workout is crap. yams, beans, split pea, lentil and grains are your friend.

dont try to over do it with a lot of food! coz you not used to it and if you make that mistake it will put you off from food forever... just keep adding some little by little dont over kill it. And be happy to be skinny, its better then to be fat.

btw wtf did you eat before you started "eating better" ?
