Still wondering if you've been feverish, lethargic, or losing weight. Night sweats can be you being too hot at night but they can also indicate illness

no fever

night sweats have been sorta common and happening every so often ill wake up sweaty but im always hot at night when sleeping. just sometimes its much worse than others.

dont think ive lost any weight, although im in a cut right now, sorta following it better than i have in the past. tryin to drop around 10 lbs. been eating smaller portions, same stuff just slightly less

very lethargic, i think its cause sleep though.

Night sweats, only thing that ever did that to me was the flu and opiate withdrawals. You'd def know if you had either of those

I try to get 8 hours of sleep a day. Ur natural REM pattern is 1.5 hrs I believe, so try to sleep like 7.5 hrs, 6 hrs, or 4.5 hours. Apparently there's apps out there that wake you up at specific times n shit but fuck that electronics niggatry.

U chill in ur room a lot? U should try not going in your room until it's bed time. Make ur room just for sleeping and maybe fapping.
