night sweats have been sorta common and happening every so often ill wake up sweaty but im always hot at night when sleeping. just sometimes its much worse than others.
dont think ive lost any weight, although im in a cut right now, sorta following it better than i have in the past. tryin to drop around 10 lbs. been eating smaller portions, same stuff just slightly less
very lethargic, i think its cause sleep though.
