Rest days I do some additional mobility work as well.

Yeah I get a bit sad on rest day.

I usually do some good stretching, light cardio, just to have my body moving without the use of weights.

tell me bout it, due to some circumstances, I been off my test for 2 1/2 weeks and have only hit the gym twice. New job and my usual workout of 5-7am mon-friday doesn't work anymore. hella depressed, especially since hormones are really in play

I feel ur pain homie, I feel ur pain

p.s. my gf lives 12 hours away too so I double feel ur pain

i do train for strength. I think the cravings is what makes me sad
