Eat as much as you need to eat. so be if its 10 meals a day ( shakes can be included )
buy cheap products but the ones you like and are "decent enough to eat" you stack them and go crazy on em.
do some creatine cycles, drink a lot f water.
make sure you are always on your protein intake
bcaa for muscle repair etc since youre doing a 6day and you're not going to cycle i assume.

I do not try.

I do give schedules, adjusted when on cycles even. not sure why you need to talk thrash. backing notting up
He is not in prep. hes just an average guy (no offense) trying to get his weight up.

It's not hard at all to eat over 3k calories a day. Not even hard to do 8k+ lol.
