What I did was just dropped under 100 for my bench and worked at it for a week or so and really made sure I felt the contractions when doing the movement.

The best advice I can give for this that helped me was to look in the mirror and contract my pecs and really feel comfortable to be able to flex my chest when I wanted to and know the feeling of it.
There was a really good thread from Burns that talked all about muscle mind connection and being able to flex whatever muscle you wanted on command, which would help in actually being able to know that you are using that muscle when doing the lift for it.
